Stay in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Brooklyn, in our charming & colorful Casita! Tree-lined streets, quiet family-friendly vibe w/ everything you could hope to find at your fingertips! This private guest suite is artsy & clean w/ a great private outdoor space.

Let this cute, colorful private guest suite be your home away from home. Enjoy the private garden at your leisure or relax in front of the TV in the living room. The open kitchenette offers a breakfast bar, fridge, stove-top, microwave and toaster oven. There is ample storage for your stay, including a huge wardrobe unit in the bedroom. Accordion style doors divide the bedroom from the living room space. For children or guests who prefer not to share the queen-size bed, we will set up a twin or queen airbed for you.

Kitchenette with microwave, sink, toaster oven, a refrigerator, and seats for 4!
Outdoor space in Brooklyn? YES! And the only access is through the Casita, so it’s all yours!
Great water pressure and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash!
We can add a queen or twin airbed upon request. We have a Bjorn travel crib as well!
Washer and dryer for guest use.
This is the entrance way / studio. The private suite is beyond this space and marked Casita on the door. If you need this area as a dedicated workspace, let me know and we’ll give you the privacy you need.

Casita Rates & Booking Information

Rates
$200 per night (Monday–Thursday)
$225 per night (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and most holidays)
$1,330 per week
+ $140 cleaning fee

Payment Options
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Wise, and Apple Pay.

Booking Process
After you complete the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. To reserve your dates, a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost is required. The remaining balance is due three weeks before the check-in date.

Once your deposit is received, I'll send you a confirmation that your reservation is secured.
Check-in information will be sent a few days before your arrival.
