I create map-based artworks that weave together visualization, storytelling, and interactivity. At the heart of my practice is a desire for understanding, community, and clarity. For me, maps are more than geography—they are metaphors for how we see and make sense of the world. They allow me to step back and take in the big picture, to trace where joy and pain reside, and to imagine new pathways toward connection. In my work, I reimagine cartography by layering texture, story, and meaning. I use beauty as a gentle way to face difficult truths—and, at times, as a way to rewrite the story altogether.
